Introduction:

About the Role:

As the AI Manager, Product Management, you will be a critical link between product development and business strategy. You will drive the creation and execution of product roadmaps, validate product-market fit through customer feedback, and oversee the seamless coordination of cross-functional teams. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a passion for AI technologies and a proven track record in product management.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and other requirement documentation.
• Collaborate with customers to validate product-market fit and refine product features.
• Prioritize development tasks and efficiently allocate resources.
• Create and manage product roadmaps aligned with business goals.
• Lead and motivate product development teams to deliver high-quality results.
• Report progress and key insights to the executive team.
• Continuously evaluate and improve team processes to enhance efficiency and outcomes.

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience in product management.
• Demonstrated expertise in creating PRDs and product roadmaps.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to align cross-functional teams.
• A solid understanding of AI technologies.
• Fluency in Japanese (written and verbal).

Preferred Qualifications:

• A degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related fields.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) technologies like GPT or BERT.
• Practical programming experience using Python or TypeScript.

Location & Work Style:
