Responsibilities:
Business Growth:
- Identify and onboard new client accounts focused on CX and digital transformation.
- Develop strategies to expand the client base, drive revenue growth, and maximize market potential.
- Leverage opportunities for cross-selling and upselling services to existing clients.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and trust.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and deliver tailored solutions.
- Act as the client advocate, driving world-class services and solutions.
Team Management & Collaboration:
- Lead high-performing, cross-functional global teams to achieve project success.
- Align delivery capabilities with client demand, improving operational efficiency.
- Build scalable business processes and infrastructure to support growth.
Culture & Compliance:
- Foster an entrepreneurial and proactive mindset within the team.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance standards for all projects.
Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience, including the last 5 years in digital customer engagement, DX, or related tech platforms (e.g., CRM, ERP, generative AI, cloud engineering).
- Proven ability to drive business growth and manage complex transformation projects.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in team leadership and delivering high-quality services.
- Analytical mindset with a talent for simplifying complex processes.
- Full professional proficiency in Japanese and English.
