Introduction

This position is for a professional front-end software developer with expertise in React. You will play a key role in developing and maintaining the front-end of our software products. The role requires strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience with medium to large-scale software development and operations.

About the Role

As a front-end specialist, you will focus on designing, building, and optimizing user interfaces. You will collaborate with designers to improve UI/UX, contribute to architectural decisions, and enhance the overall front-end performance. This role involves continuous learning and applying new technologies to ensure the best outcomes for the development team and end-users.

Responsibilities

• Develop new features for front-end applications.
• Collaborate with designers to continuously improve UI/UX.
• Design and maintain front-end architecture.
• Create and execute front-end testing strategies.
• Contribute to back-end schema design (GraphQL).
• Research and evaluate new technologies and core libraries.

Requirements

Must-have:

• At least 4 years of experience in front-end development or 2+ years of hands-on experience with React.
• Knowledge of basic algorithms and data structures.
• Proven experience in developing, maintaining, and improving web services.
• Proficiency in TypeScript.
• Strong command of Japanese (reading, writing, speaking).

Nice-to-have:

• Experience leading front-end or other technical projects.
