About the Role

As a Project Manager and IT Consultant/Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of IT and system implementation projects. Your expertise will guide clients through IT strategy planning, system development, and operational management. Additionally, you will play a key role in business development and expanding existing projects while fostering the growth of junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Consulting Projects:
• Provide IT strategy planning and support for IT project planning.
• Develop system implementation strategies, ensuring alignment with client needs.
• Lead Project Management Office (PMO) activities and ensure smooth project execution.
• Drive issue resolution, maintaining focus on project timelines and deliverables.
• Lead business process reengineering (BPR) and business process management (BPM) efforts.
• Assist in vendor and tool selection processes for system implementation.
• Support system implementation from requirements definition through to operational management.
• Manage the operational phase of projects and ensure the successful establishment of operational processes.
• Business Development:
• Expand and enhance existing projects, identifying areas for growth.
• Develop proposals and pitch new business opportunities to potential clients.
• Team Development:
• Mentor and develop junior team members through project work and hands-on experience.
• Provide evaluations and constructive feedback to foster professional growth within the team.

Requirements

• Required Skills:
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, managing teams of approximately 5 members, or in IT consulting.
• At least 3 years of experience in any of the following areas:
• Project Management (Web and open systems).
• Business Process Consulting.
• System Consulting.
• Package Implementation Consulting.
• Experience in managing and developing project teams.
• Preferred Skills:
• At least 5 years of experience in any of the following areas:
• System Engineering (Web and open systems).
• Infrastructure Engineering.
• Server Engineering (construction and operation).
• Implementation of enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle EBS, JDE, Dynamics 365, Infor, NetSuite, GRANDIT).
• Experience in cloud infrastructure design, construction, and operation.
• Implementation experience with Microsoft Azure or M365.
