We are seeking a seasoned Senior Account Director to lead strategic initiatives, build strong client relationships, and drive the success of key accounts. About the Role:
The Senior Account Director will oversee the development and execution of strategies that align with client requirements and business goals. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, managing relationships and ensuring operational excellence. This role involves creating and implementing standardized processes, driving key performance metrics, and ensuring compliance with contractual agreements.
Responsibilities:
- Define organizational direction, strategy, goals, and objectives based on client or project requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, acting as a trusted partner.
- Prepare and present project proposals, negotiate contract terms, and secure new business opportunities.
- Guide project teams on progress, problem-solving, and achieving performance targets.
- Develop and standardize methods and processes to enhance project management efficiency.
- Monitor and drive KPI performance to meet contractual obligations.
- Ensure compliance with all contractual agreements, including MSA, SOW, and required certifications.
- Lead ad-hoc projects or initiatives as assigned, ensuring alignment with quality management standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field.
- At least 10 years of experience in a BPO or similar environment.
- Proven experience in leading and managing large operational teams, with expertise in people, process, and technology management.
- Proficiency in technology, including software applications and phone systems, is a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict management skills across all levels.
- Proficiency in English and the language of the supported market.
- Knowledge of performance evaluation and customer service metrics, with the ability to coach and develop teams.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
