Introduction:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer to join a dynamic and rapidly growing AI technology firm. As a key player in our development team, you will lead the evolution of our AI products and address complex technical challenges to drive innovation and excellence.

About the Role:

In this position, you will lead the development of advanced AI applications, focusing on enterprise-level AI chat solutions. You will oversee technical issues related to product architecture, system integration, and the integration of cutting-edge technologies into our technology stack.

Responsibilities:

• Develop enterprise AI chat applications utilizing advanced AI models.
• Optimize product architecture and system integration to enhance scalability and performance.
• Conduct research and evaluate the latest technologies for integration into our tech stack.
• Lead and mentor a diverse technical team, including front-end, back-end, and AI engineers, both domestically and internationally.
• Ensure continuous improvement and maintenance of code quality and performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical role.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, React, and other web technologies.
• Strong expertise in at least one backend language (e.g., Python, Java).
• Experience with relational databases such as Postgres/MySQL.
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Fluent in either English or Japanese (business level acceptable).

Preferred Conditions:

• Interest in AI/ML technologies and experience with ChatGPT.
• Relevant certifications in AI/ML, project management, or leadership.
• Experience working in a multinational environment and leadership or management experience.
• Ability to stay updated with the latest technology trends and contribute knowledge to the organization.
