Responsibilities
Sales
- Build and strengthen a robust sales structure to capitalize on market opportunities in Japan.
- Expand the dealer network and define clear boundaries between direct and indirect sales channels.
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue and margins.
- Cultivate strategic partnerships to unlock new commercial opportunities.
- Ensure accurate sales forecasting through systematic reviews and updates.
- Streamline the sales cycle and ensure consistency in the sales process.
- Drive the effective use of CRM tools to improve productivity and align sales and marketing efforts.
General Management
- Define business objectives, set financial targets, and implement strategies aligned with corporate goals.
- Oversee financial performance and prepare management reports for strategic decision-making.
- Lead business transformation initiatives across multiple functions.
- Foster a culture of learning, collaboration, and operational excellence.
- Implement enterprise systems and best practices to improve efficiency and standardization.
Requirements
Education & Experience
- Degree in Engineering, Sales/Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or IT; MBA preferred.
- Approximately 15 years of sales and management experience, with a proven network in the Japanese market.
- Industry expertise in B2B industrial services, particularly in pre-press packaging.
- Strong experience managing cross-functional teams and P&L responsibilities.
