Responsibilities:
- Partner with the sales team to introduce and propose technology solutions to prospective clients.

- Develop customized proposals by collaborating with solution and delivery teams both locally and globally.
- Formulate and recommend solutions using in-house and partner IT tools.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with solution partners to enhance collaboration.
- Work closely with sales to prepare and present specific proposals to customers.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience as a pre-sales engineer in the technology sector.
- Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in digital solutions.
- Proven project management experience, including working with cross-functional teams (business, IT, etc.) across different regions (e.g., India, Europe, US).
- Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English.
- A sales-focused mindset with a strong drive for achieving targets.
- Experience working in a consulting firm.
- Experience in enterprise or mid-market pre-sales.
- Knowledge of business process reengineering and digital transformation (DX) projects.
- Familiarity with proposing and implementing advanced solutions, including AI technologies.
- Experience in implementing enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, and other packaged solutions.
