As a Pre-sales Engineer, you will be responsible for working with the sales team to present and propose innovative technology solutions to potential clients. Responsibilities:

- Prepare detailed proposals by working with solution and delivery teams both locally and internationally.
- Use internal and partner IT tools to develop and recommend solutions for clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with technology solution partners.
- Work with sales to present specific proposals to customers, ensuring alignment with their needs.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as a pre-sales engineer in the technology industry.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on digital solutions.
- Proven project management experience, with the ability to work across different customer teams (business, IT, etc.) and regions (e.g., India, Europe, US).
- Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English.
- A sales-driven mindset, with a strong focus on achieving targets.
- Experience working in a consulting firm.
- Previous experience in enterprise or mid-market pre-sales.
- Background in business process reengineering projects.
- Familiarity with proposing and implementing state-of-the-art digital transformation solutions, including AI technologies.
- Experience in implementing enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, and other packaged solutions.
