About the Role

The HR professional will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for various roles across multiple departments. This is a hands-on role that requires extensive experience in sourcing candidates, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring a seamless recruitment process. The successful candidate will have a strong track record in sourcing and attracting top talent, along with the ability to adapt to an evolving and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding, across multiple departments.
  • Use a variety of sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, social media platforms, and industry networks, to connect with high-potential candidates.
  • Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external recruitment partners to ensure alignment with business needs.
  • Prioritize recruitment activities and manage multiple requests simultaneously to meet deadlines.
  • Analyze recruitment data from various sources to optimize hiring strategies and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent to the organization.
  • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience as an HR professional, with at least 5+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience (either in-house or agency), preferably within the multinational FMCG, beverage/food, or distribution industries.
  • Native-level Japanese and business-level English proficiency.
  • Direct sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, and industry networks to identify and engage passive candidates.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks and requests simultaneously.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy, with experience using and analyzing recruitment data.
  • A dedicated team player with a collaborative approach and a growth mindset.
  • Experience with talent acquisition systems (e.g., SmartRecruiters, Herp, HireVue) and SAP HR is a plus.
  • Experience in an HR Generalist role is desirable but not essential.
