Key Responsibilities

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using popular frameworks.
• Proven ability to lead development teams, particularly as a Tech Lead guiding the full design-to-implementation process.
• Experience managing the development of B2B systems from the ground up—technology selection, architecture, and execution.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails and Go.
• Expertise in building web applications with Vue.js.
• Experience developing search systems with Elasticsearch or Apache Solr.
• Knowledge of performance and security-conscious design.
• Experience with specialized business domains—and a desire to learn about new, non-specialized fields, such as legal.
