About the Role

- Develop and execute technical strategies and roadmaps.
- Manage and scale an engineering team of over 50 members.

Requirements
- Extensive experience in both front-end and back-end technologies.
- Proven track record in managing engineering teams of 10 or more.

- Deep knowledge of AI and machine learning technologies is highly desirable.
- Fluent in Japanese and English with excellent communication skills.
