We are seeking a talented and experienced lead full-stack engineer for our client, a leader in IT service solutions within the healthcare industry. This role is pivotal in their mission to develop high-quality products swiftly in accordance with their product roadmap, thereby expanding their customer base and solving critical problems for companies. As a vertical SaaS provider, they continuously explore new development areas and require additional staff to strengthen their organization.

About the Role:

As a lead full-stack engineer, you will play a crucial role in our client's development team. You will be responsible for a wide range of development tasks, ensuring that their products meet the highest standards of quality and performance. Your expertise will be essential in shaping the future of their SaaS solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of various functionalities, including online reservations, medical questionnaires/consent forms, medical records, CRM, accounting, inventory management, business analysis, and integration with messaging platforms.
• Oversee the entire product development cycle, including requirements definition, design, development, testing, deployment, operation, and analysis.
• Perform service performance tuning to ensure optimal operation of their products.
• Design, develop, and enhance new features using TypeScript and other relevant technologies.
• Maintain and update existing functions to improve performance and usability.
• Mentor and guide development teams or lead development projects.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in designing and developing multiple web applications using React or Nest.js.
• Proficient in TypeScript and experienced in developing unit tests and end-to-end (e2e) tests.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a development team or manage development projects.
• Familiarity with Scrum methodologies, large-scale application development, serverless architecture, and container technologies is preferred.
