About the Role:

As the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), you will be instrumental in shaping the technical direction and strategy of our products. You will oversee the development of our core technologies and lead our engineering organization to enhance our technical competitiveness. This role requires a visionary leader who can drive innovation and ensure the successful delivery of products that support both business success and environmental sustainability.

Responsibilities:

• Develop technical strategies for each product and the engineering organization.
• Identify and develop core technologies to enhance technical competitiveness.
• Oversee the development and enhancement of our product suite, including process management, information database, and regulatory compliance systems.
• Drive innovation and ensure continuous improvement of our products.
• Collaborate with the VP of Engineering to focus on technical innovation without management burdens.

Requirements:

• Required: Experience as a CTO or in a similar technical leadership role.
• Preferred: Proactive involvement in the development and launch of in-house services or products and Active involvement in startup or new business launches.
