About the Role
The HR Admin Manager will:
- Office Management:
- Choose and lease appropriate office spaces.
- Handle company setup procedures.
- Oversee daily administrative tasks to ensure efficient operations.
- Human Resources:
- Lead efforts to recruit and hire qualified staff.
- Manage compensation and benefits to offer fair and competitive packages.
- Ensure the company follows all HR-related laws and safety regulations.
- Supervise and guide HR team members, providing coaching and performance feedback.
Requirements
- Fluent in both Chinese and Japanese.
- Experience living and working in Japan, with permanent residency.
- Knowledgeable about HR laws, including record-keeping and mandatory reporting.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- 3-5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in administrative roles.
