About the Role
As an HR Manager, you will develop and lead HR processes, focusing on recruitment, onboarding, and organizational development. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a key role in hiring and supporting international team members, especially IT engineers.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit 20+ employees annually, including IT engineers and corporate staff.
- Manage onboarding, especially for foreign engineers and English-speaking team members.
- Develop HR strategies to support company growth.
- Build HR frameworks for recruitment and organizational planning.
- Bridge Japanese business practices with international team dynamics.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience recruiting mid-career IT engineers (10–20 hires annually).
- Experience managing teams of 3+ members.
- Fluency in English and business-level Japanese.
- Strong initiative and experience in HR planning or organizational development (preferred).
- Ability to work closely with executives and report to the CEO.
