Introduction:
We are seeking a skilled professional to join a dynamic team within our client’s corporate management department. This role is crucial for driving investor relations (IR) activities and ensuring effective communication with both institutional and individual investors. About the Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for managing IR activities, including developing and implementing IR strategies, preparing financial disclosure documents, and organizing investor meetings. Your efforts will focus on enhancing the company’s market evaluation and engaging in dialogue to increase corporate value. You will work closely with executive leadership and participate in meetings with overseas subsidiaries and institutional investors, providing a broad spectrum of experience.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, plan, and execute IR strategies.
- Prepare financial disclosure materials and timely reports.
- Organize and manage earnings calls, investor meetings, and related events.
- Maintain and provide direction for the company’s IR website.
- Draft and manage release documents.
- Handle inquiries from investors and analysts, including international travel as needed.
Requirements:
- Experience in IR roles within publicly listed companies or related positions in securities firms or consulting firms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) for creating internal and external presentations.
- Strong English language skills, both written and spoken (TOEIC score of 750 or above recommended).
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Experience in corporate planning, management, accounting, or finance, including financial statement handling or financial analysis.
- Skills in statistics, analysis, and knowledge of finance and accounting.
- Presentation skills, including the creation of charts and graphs.
- Business-level English proficiency for conducting meetings with international teams.
