Key Objectives
Support Consultant Excellence:
- Align Sourcing Efforts: Collaborate with consultants to ensure recruitment strategies meet client needs and enhance methods for identifying top candidates.
- Enhance Candidate Relationships: Develop and maintain strong connections with potential candidates, and assist in creating effective sourcing strategies and talent maps.
Drive Marketing and Digital Presence:
- Manage Social Media: Maintain and update social media profiles with engaging content, and support digital marketing activities, including creating posts for LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Facilitate Community Engagement: Assist in planning and organizing events to strengthen community connections and promote our brand.
Optimize Data Management:
- Oversee CRM and Database: Manage and update CRM and company databases to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and effective reporting, while supporting increased data activity.
Execute Projects and Reporting:
- Support Project Development: Assist with various projects, including IT-related initiatives and standard procedures.
Prepare Reports: Help create and compile insightful reports and presentations based on project outcomes and research findings, supporting effective decision-making and stakeholder communication.
