We are currently recruiting for three Senior Business Analyst roles to support Japanese insurance clients in delivering critical technology solutions. These roles will contribute to expanding the scope of existing projects with established clients.

The Senior Business Analyst positions focus on implementing cutting-edge technology solutions tailored to the insurance sector. Each role requires expertise in a specific domain—Salesforce, ServiceNow, or Cloud Solutions—and involves working closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable strategies.

Responsibilities

Depending on the specialization, responsibilities may include:

• Salesforce Business Analyst
• Lead Salesforce implementation projects for insurance clients.
• Analyze business needs and configure Salesforce solutions to meet requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment.
• ServiceNow Business Analyst
• Manage ServiceNow implementation projects in the insurance domain.
• Gather and document requirements for ServiceNow workflows and integrations.
• Provide ongoing support and optimization of the platform.
• Cloud Business Analyst
• Drive Cloud solutions implementation projects for insurance clients.
• Identify business challenges and recommend cloud-based solutions.
• Work with technical teams to deploy, monitor, and optimize cloud applications.

Common responsibilities across roles:

• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Conduct workshops to gather requirements and propose solutions.
• Create documentation, including business process flows and user stories.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with client needs.

Requirements

• Language Skills:
• Bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English (JLPT N1 minimum preferred).
• Experience:
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in any industry.
• Domain experience in insurance or financial services is a significant advantage.
• Hands-on expertise in one of the following areas:
• Salesforce: Salesforce implementation, preferably in insurance or finance.
• ServiceNow: ServiceNow implementation, preferably in insurance or finance.
• Cloud Solutions: Cloud platform implementation, preferably in insurance or finance.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
