About The Role:

• Lead and manage international projects, including HR system design, Post-Merger Integration (PMI) support, SAP implementation, and global surveys.

• Support Japanese companies in their global expansion strategies through strategic planning and execution.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality consulting services.

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their needs are met effectively.

• Provide expertise in specific industry sectors such as manufacturing, finance, and automotive.

Requirements:

• Proven global project experience, particularly in HR system design, PMI support, SAP implementation, and EV-related global surveys.

• Strong understanding of international business dynamics and the ability to lead global initiatives.

• Expertise in sales and delivery for international projects, with proficiency in relevant technologies.

• Extensive experience in smart factory planning and implementation, HR system design, PMI support, SAP implementation, and global market research for EV projects.

• Strong project management skills and the ability to work effectively in a diverse and multicultural environment.
