Koji Okano is half-Japanese and was born and raised in Manila, Philippines. In 2015, he graduated from one of the country’s most prestigious universities, De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde, with a BSBA degree in Human Resources Management, renowned for its Human Resources program.

With over 8 years of professional experience, Koji specializes in supporting IT companies in finding top talent in Japan. He has assisted more than 25 Fortune 500 companies in successfully entering the Japanese market. His expertise spans various IT technologies, including AI/ML, cloud technologies, security, big data, SCM software, and more. Koji has successfully closed deals for positions ranging from entry-level to executive roles, such as country manager. He has been recognized for his achievements, earning accolades such as Top Biller of the Quarter, Highest Closed Deal, and Top Agency Partner of the Quarter.

Koji goes above and beyond to ensure client satisfaction, consistently delivering high-quality results. He has been entrusted with multiple retainer searches and has consistently met client needs.
