With the Referral Program, you as well as the person you refer will have a chance to win one of the following prizes every time you refer us your colleague or friend as a candidate and/or client.

To be eligible, either CC the referee in an email or have the referee mention your name when contacting us. We’ll conduct a draw every four months so there are plenty of chances to win.

1. You must confirm the referee is actively looking for a job change and get their permission to be introduced to Makana Partners.

2. They must be interested and suitable for the following positions based in Japan: HR business partner, talent development, HR manager, total rewards, talent acquisition at the assistant manager, manager, senior manager or director level.

3. You will receive one ticket for every referral. A ticket will not be rewarded if the referred is not actively looking for a job, has been submitted by another person, or if Makana Partners has already been in active contact with the person the last six months.
