Our client develops advanced semiconductor devices that play a crucial role in trends such as 5G, cloud computing, AI and autonomous driving. This role drives technical recruitment, primarily for North America and occasionally for Europe, in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

You will lead technical recruitment for our client, partnering closely with hiring managers to identify, engage and hire exceptional talent while delivering an outstanding candidate experience. Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Technical Recruitment * Support full-cycle recruitment for technical roles, from internships and fixed-term contracts to senior and executive positions. * Attract and hire diverse, high-quality talent proactively, with a strong focus on quality, speed and candidate experience. * Deliver a consistently high-quality experience for candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment journey.
Sourcing and Talent Pipelines * Design and execute creative, out-of-the-box sourcing strategies using platforms, tools and internal networks, with the goal of reducing agency reliance. * Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines to support short-term hiring needs, long-term growth and succession planning. * Leverage modern recruitment tools and technologies to work efficiently and at scale.
Business Partnership * Partner with business leaders through regular intake and alignment meetings to translate business priorities into effective sourcing strategies. * Provide talent market insights, competitor intelligence and best-practice guidance to business leaders and People teams. * Advise the business as a trusted partner, ensuring hiring strategies support long-term success.
Data and Continuous Improvement * Use data and analytics to guide hiring decisions and identify improvement opportunities. * Optimize recruitment outcomes continuously.
Global Initiatives and Employer Branding * Contribute to global Talent Acquisition initiatives and employer branding activities. * Stay closely connected to the industry landscape, products and strategic priorities so you can tailor your recruitment approach.
Requirements * A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. * At least a first experience in Talent Acquisition, either in-house or agency, with a strong focus on technical recruitment and ideally in the semiconductor industry. * A passion for direct sourcing and confidence engaging passive talent in competitive markets. * Strong communication, relationship-building and stakeholder management skills. * Curiosity and a genuine interest in technology, engineering and innovation. * The ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously. * A detail-oriented approach and comfort working with recruiting systems, data and analytics. * A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset, always looking for creative ways to identify and attract talent. * Comfort working in a global, highly collaborative environment. * Willingness to travel during campus recruiting seasons across the country (an estimated 5-6 trips per year). * Comfort working from the office four days per week.
