Qualifications & experience
- Degree qualification required.
- Proven track record in executive search.
- Strong business acumen and deep understanding of industry trends.

- Proficiency in LinkedIn, G Suite, CRM software, and online databases.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Japanese communication skills (preferred).
