As a search consultant, you will play a critical role in building long-term relationships with our dynamic multinational clients by delivering high-touch, consultative executive search services. You will also have the opportunity to showcase your expertise and build your professional profile by writing thought leadership articles, recording podcast interviews, and hosting networking events.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive business development and build long-term relationships with clients
• Provide high-touch, consultative executive search services
• Develop a pipeline of new work and contribute to proposals and job pitches
• Full end-to-end delivery on searches and handle complex projects
• Demonstrate exceptional LinkedIn research and sourcing skills
• Write thought leadership articles and client presentations
• Embrace technology, efficiency, and collaboration to achieve daily goals
• Participate in team meetings and forecasting calls

Qualifications and Experience

• Degree qualification
• Search experience as a consultant or in-house recruitment specialist (optional)
• Strong business acumen and knowledge of industries, companies, and market trends
• Excellent talent identification and assessment skills
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Proficient in using LinkedIn, G Suite, social networking sites, and other online databases
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
